Return Process

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Tokyo-based quality team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
